Our programmers are skilled in the following languages:
- • HTML: Hyper Text Markup Language - is the basic language behind all websites. Our programmers can add, edit, or create any html coding for your site.
- • CSS: Cascading Style Sheets - is used to describe the presentation semantics (that is, the look and formatting) of a document. Our programmers not only know css but are very good at cross browser comparability. This means that your site would look the same in all browsers including but not limited to; Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Opera.
- • PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor - is a general-purpose scripting language designed to produce dynamic web pages. For more information please view our PHP Development page.
- • MySQL: is a relational database management system. MySQL along with php allows us to create databases for a wide variety of uses including secure login systems and record keeping.
- • Flash: We do not create full flash sites. Many large companies are trying to up sell full flash sites. We refuse to create Flash sites. Flash sites rank lower in search engines than sites programmed in HTML with good content. Although we do not create flash sites, we do use flash for items such as video and audio players.
- • JavaScript: Javascript is client side language that runs on the users computer. Javascript has thousands of possibilities. Most sites use javascript for form verification such as proper email address entry or simple popup alerts and data entry.
- • AJAX: Asynchronous JavaScript and XML - Ajax is one of the newest programming languages used. Ajax allows us to create pages with dynamic instant update pages. We can update and change the information on a page without reloading or directing the user to another page. The best example of ajax is google maps. Google uses Ajax to zoom in and out on the map without refreshing the page.
